Recently, members have shown a strong interest in succession planning and exploring new business models. This interest is being driven by several factors, including:

  • Retirement planning - Over 40% of GPs within the Network are over 55 years of age;
  • Seeking to operate more efficiently and viably; and
  • Seeking a better work-life balance, or seeking to delay early retirement.

The GP Network is proud to be responding to these concerns by offering significant support to GPs via a secure online Succession Planning web portal. Within the portal you will be able to:

  • Download a draft succession plan template.
